At IT Pro, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we do not offer refunds. Items can only be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
